Sign up by returning the Authorization Application for Auto Debit. (PDF file *)You will receive notification of the payment amount at least ten (10) days before the withdrawal date. On the payment date, your payment will be withdrawn from your specified account. Your payment is made automatically. NO hassles and NO late fees.
