Utility Deposit (for renters or land contract buyers)
Any resident who occupies a home and does not own the home, including purchase by land contract, and who wishes to place the utility bill in their name must make a utility deposit. When you move from the residence, contact us at 260-665-3422 and the utility deposit will be applied to your final bill. The required deposit is $70 and you must have a valid photo ID.
