Clerk-Treasurer Staff
Tammy Onofrietti is the Deputy Clerk. Tammy has an Associate Degree in Accounting and also holds the IAMC and CMC titles. Tammy has been with the City since 1994 and works closely under the Clerk-Treasurer. Tammy is responsible for state and federal tax reporting, the General Ledger and handles Payroll for all city departments.
Elizabeth "Liz" Sova serves as the Accounts Payable Clerk for the City. Liz began working for the City in 1995 after working in the banking industry for over 20 years. She began working in the utility department and is now responsible for all vendor payments.
Judy Manahan has been Deputy Utility Clerk with the City of Angola since 2000. Judy has been involved in city utilities since 1978 serving as the Town of Hamilton 's Clerk Treasurer and Financial Clerk for the Hamilton Lake Conservancy District. Judy is responsible for utility billing and collection.
Kim Heffelfinger also serves as Deputy Utility Clerk and has since 2010. Kim's work history includes experience with local government and billing and collection.
