Utility Stop or Start Service (Water, Sewer, Trash)

Utility Deposit (for renters or land contract buyers)
Any resident who occupies a home and does not own the home, including purchase by land contract, and who wishes to place the utility bill in their name must make a utility deposit. When you move from the residence, contact City Utility Office at 260.665.3422 and the utility deposit will be applied to your final bill. The required deposit is $70 and you must have a valid photo ID.

To start service, contact the City Utility Office at 260.665.3422 with the name of the new owner, billing information, and date to begin service.

To stop service, contact the City Utility Office at 260.665.3422 of the date of the final meter reading and forwarding address.
