City of Angola Site Improvement Process

City of Angola - General Permit Fillable Form
This is main permit application form and once completed can be dropped in the Drop Box outside the City Hall main entrance, scanned or take a picture of the completed form and email to planning@angolain.org
Advanced Structural Component Notification Form
Effective July 1, 2018, applicants for structural permits are required to declare any "advanced structural components" used in the floor or roofing construction having less than one (1) hour of fire resistance when testing in accordance with the ASTM Standard E119. This form once completed can be dropped in the Drop Box outside the City Hall main entrance, scanned or take a picture of the completed form and email to planning@angolain.org.
