UPDATE (as of 7/16 3 PM) in regard to the post on 7/14/25.
The chip and seal crew scheduled to be here today and tomorrow (7/16-7/17) has informed our Street Department that they will now be here Monday, July 21st.
Roadways to be chip and sealed are as follows:
- Lang Lane.
- Miller Add.
- West End Weatherhead
- Gilbert
- Glen Beatty
- W. Prospect
- S. Martha
- Saginaw
- Woodard

WEATHER PERMITTING -- East Felicity Street at the Springhill Dr intersection will be closed Monday, 7/21, from 7 am to 5 pm for street maintenance. The rain date for this project will be Tuesday, 7/22. Please note, for the safety of our workers, no through traffic will be allowed.
We understand that this poses an inconvenience to some of our residents, specifically in the Reddington Heights area, but please be patient with us as we try to get this completed and the road back open in a timely manner. Be mindful of the extra drive time required due to the detour route.
